In 2011, Sainte-Adèle (Ville) had a population of 12,137, representing a percentage change of 14.1% from 2006. This compares to the national average growth of 5.9%.

Land area is 120.90 square kilometres with a population density of 100.4 persons per square kilometre. This compares to the provincial land area of 1,356,547.02 square kilometres with a population density of 5.8 persons per square kilometre.

In 2011, Sainte-Adèle (Ville) had 5,781 private dwellings occupied by usual residents. The change in private dwellings occupied by usual residents from 2006 was 15.9%. For Canada as a whole, the number of private dwellings occupied by usual residents increased 7.1%.

In 2011, the percentage of the population aged 65 and over in Sainte-Adèle, V was 20.7%, compared with a national percentage of 14.8%.
